Thanks for visit my blog, here you can find some thought, opinion, and story about mine. As a short introduction, I’m the only child in my family, graduate from electrical engineering. In career, I worked as software engineer, QA automation engineer, and now engineering manager. I am a ISTJ with a solid judging traits. Even though, I aware with the importance of human relationship, and I still improve myself in that area to make other people comfortable with me during any interaction.

I love photography, especially in portrait and landscape. You can find my photography and my Instagram. I really like people with growth mindset because I believe it is required for everyone to be successful in life.

Timeline

1992

Born

Born in Germany, later I grew in Bandung, Indonesia

1992-1998

Grow as other children do

My parents took care of me 🙂

1998

Elementary School

Joined Kalam Kudus elementary school, in Bandung.

I one of the top-performing students in my school.

2004

Junior High School

Joined St. Aloysius 2 Junior high school, Bandung.

Back then, this schools known as one of the top schools in Bandung. This transition bring me to the bottom rank, despite my achievement in the elementary school.

2005

My father passed away

My mother become single handedly to take care of me.

2010

Highschool Graduation!

Graduated from St. Aloysius 2 Highschool, Bandung.

I take back my status as one of the top students. Finally I can grasp the teaching there! 😊

ITB

Join to STEI faculty, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB)

I remains

At the beginning, I interested to take Computer Science major, but after the first year, I switch my decision to Electronics Engineering, where it match with my interest in physics and math.

I remains become top students there, and got a scholarship.

2013

Student Exchange

Join student exchange program to Kumoh Institute of Technology (KIT), South Korea.

2014

Finish the Student Exchange program

Stayed in Gumi, South Korea for 6 months, finally I finish the student exchange program

March, 2015

Graduation

Graduate from ITB, as Electrical Engineering graduates. I’m specialized in Digital Signal Processing (DSP). My final year project was about creating digital modulator for LTE 4G using FPGA. I used Matlab as the simulator and Quartus to program the FPGA as implementation of the matlab model.

2015

First Job

Got first job as software engineer in Kartuku, a Fintech company in Jakarta. Start the career as EDC machine software engineer, later become Web Service backend engineer to support the transition towards digital payment in Indonesia.

2016

Move to Ninja Van

I start my career as QA automation test engineer. I was one of the pioneer of the QA team in Ninja Van, and the pioneer of Indonesia tech team!

2017

Take a new role, Frontend developer

As a fresher, my curiosity bring me back to Software developer role. I start the role as Angular JS frontend developer.

2018

Backend developer

I have another role switch, as Indonesia got a new leader, and he wants to scale up developer team in Indonesia. Hence I become one of the candidate that match with the new requirement!

2020

Become a Manager

As the manager position in QA department is open, I take this opportunity to take manager role. It was challenging, especially to delegate the task and express my idea to the team to convince them.

At the beginning, I keep do the initiative first and later present it to the team, because I troubled to explain it without any examples.

Fortunately I have my mentors and friends who support me to understand how to run my new role!

2022 – 2024

Head of QA Department and Indonesia Team

As the previous Indonesia Tech Team leader left us at 2022, then I become the closest candidate to take leadership in Indonesia Tech Team.

Then on early 2024, the former head of QA left us as well, then I step up to take the role.

2024

I met my wife

After couple of Saga in my career life, now I start a new journey in my personal life. I met a good woman, and we married at November 2024
